Of course, it was symbiotic; however, all the free agents in the world wouldn’t have been enough if the core (oline, defense and coaching staff) wasn’t already in place. Interesting side note: funny how Arians ran afoul of St. Thomas of San Mateo to such an extent that within two years of his arrival Bruce called it quits. Apparently it wasn’t worth the aggravation. He didn't quit. His ass got REMOVED by Brady. As a condition of retirement comeback. Arians is known as an ass anyway. A very successful ass.

When they tossed him in Pittsburgh as OC, Big Ben came unglued. I mean he was furious. That was my first sign of how good he was. When Pagano in Indy was diagnosed with cancer, Arians rallied the team and took them to the playoffs. Then we have seen his success in Tampa.

And you left out Arizona where Arians took over Wiz' 5-11 Cardinals squad and led them to consecutive 10-6, 11-5 & 13-3 seasons (made the NFC Championship game with the 13-3 squad).

I knew there was one other but it just didn't click.
