19 11 and 12. That was last year. Who damns a triple double guy ? How is that a bad thing to have ? Have to cut him some slack. He just started watching the game a couple of years ago when the raptors got kawhi I started watching once they were up 3-2 in the NBA Finals

What I’m saying is he’s rarely going to get 10 assists or 10 rebounds per game being on the same team as LeBron and AD. You are the all time triple-double guy, but you are not going to get those now, it's the price for chasing a ring ? Is that what they told him ? He was ok with that ? I can see a player doing that, I'm struggling with they told him that.

He has 2 games within the past 5, where he didn’t even reach 10 points. Wow, the Lakers can’t even beat a team that’s trying to tank  We’ll find out today if Westbrook will finish the season with them, or if he’ll be traded for John Wall (the only guy in the NBA with a worse contract than Russ). |

You know, it’s a shame that the Harden/Simmons trade went through, because it really was hysterical watching these head cases screw themselves. What should have been a scary 3 Headed Monster in Brooklyn was no match for itself. I can only imagine what it’s like being a Nets fan.
It was easy to predict that Kyrie and Harden wouldn’t mesh together, but they could have made it work, if they really wanted it to,
Simmons of course has issues as well, so he’s not an ideal trade partner, but I’m not finding it so easy to say it won’t work. It very well could, provided Kyrie doesn’t sink the team himself. Maybe they can petition to play all of their games on the road, so Kyrie can participate.
As for Harden in Philly, the best case scenario I can envision is them winning a ton of regular season games, and choking in the playoffs. Harden & Embiid are 2 guys I have a real hard time ever seeing as Champions, so it’s funny how they ended up together…

Well the Lakers are officially eliminated from any chance of making the playoffs, but at least they’ll have a high draft pick to draft a young stud in a few months.
Oh wait, nevermind that pick goes to the Pelicans as part of the Anthony Davis trade. Crazy how the Pelicans are actually in the play in tournament, despite Zion missing the entire season, isn’t it ?
Get ready to use whatever draft picks you have left as a sweetener for a team that might be willing to trade for Westbrook !

Its Over. Embiid’s game winner in OT was one of the luckiest shots I’ve ever seen. Give him that shot 10 times, he’d miss it 9 times, with a few air balls in there. In fact its very dumb to even think you have enough time to turn around, aim and launch a shot from distance in 0.9 seconds. If I could turn back the clocks, I would change absolutely nothing the Raptors did from a defensive standpoint on that play. That was some luck in its greatest form, from a guy who has hardly been clutch over the course of his career. I’m no fan of Drake, but minus one game a couple days ago that is an accurate statement. We even held him scoreless in a game there in 2020 (post Kawhi), and he always looked like a scared dog with a tail between the legs. If Scottie Barnes was able to play, I have no doubts the other night would have been another one of those, but Embiid had the benefit of playing against a backup so finally had a decent game in Toronto. That’s a very bold prediction, saying it’s over when the Raptors are down 0-3, seeing no team in history has ever come back from that. I commend you for having the stones to go out on that limb ! Although if anyone could ever pull off blowing a 3-0 lead, it would probably be Doc Rivers. Having Joel Embiid and James Harden to help him pull off an unprecedented choke job certainly can’t hurt either… PS - Tell me the flopping from those two BS Artists isn’t the most ridiculous thing you’ve ever seen vvv
