Chargers are who we thought they were. They’re just not a playoff-quality team this year. I have been saying that all year.....the roster is improving, but not there yet. Staley is mediocre at this point...... They were absolutely a playoff quality team 10 days ago. I saw a team that was capable of beating the 31 other teams. There were other factors today, but a couple of star players on big $$$ contracts let down their 60+ teammates with their “personal decision” that sunk the franchise in 2021. They got a scare a couple of weeks ago when they could have taken action, but no dice. 😡 The bright side is that it makes one off-season decision a lot easier to make.

Hate the player not the game, eh? Stupid rule if you ask me regardless, there was no excuse for this loss. poor showing all around. Only bright spot is the kicking game.

No depth and a not ready for primetime head coach. Fire TT and demote Staley.

I hate the stupid "personal" decision that he made with in August with full knowledge of what the cost would be to the team and his teammates after the "stupid rule" was announced in July. Like I said, it makes the decision in March 2022 a hell of a lot easier to when taking his injury history into account, and the team will just have to accept a 2023 third rounder as compensation.

Own personal life > "franchise" "Own personal life" choice not based on science negatively impacted his 60+ teammates. Like I said, it makes the decision a lot easier to let him walk in March. At least he'll likely only have to show up in the locker room for one more game after missing the Denver game - a game that will still have playoff significance even though he and his teammates no longer control their destiny.

Its alot more than just one player... Especially one that is never on the field anyways and has been arguably mediocre this whole season.

It's a lot more than one player, but they can walk away from one this offseason when it looked halfway through the year that it was going to be a very difficult decision while he was leading the league in reception yardage.

Funny, that no one is mentioning that Hebert was the second best QB on the field by a wide margin. Not even mediocre. Blame Telesco, blame Staley, blame COVID, but the fact remains that Justin sucked balls today. If we had even a solid performance from him we would have won.

It sounds like the "science" you are referring to is the "scientists" that are paid by big pharma, not the scientests that aren't being paid by big pharma, the inventor of mrna disagrees, Dr. Oz disagrees, Dr. Dru disagrees, due to this the Sheriff of L.A. county will not arrest anyone for not being vaxxed or masked because he said it isn't based in science, if MW doesn't want to be a guinea pig that is his choice, this is why blood and sperm and eggs from pure bloods are going for big $$$$$.

Thats like saying nobody mentioned KA's horrible game... It doesn't matter. The problem with this team starts from the head coach and goes up IMO, Herbert is clearly the only bright spot this organization has.

I know you like to blame management for everything. Justin Herbert was the X Factor. The absolute difference maker. The fact that he was awful in a game where he had to carry extra weight is a huge reason why we lost. I love Justin but his performance today was the single biggest reason why we lost.
