Especially for TT... What really irks me is that our record right now is typically where TT fails come draft time. I'm not suggesting we lose on purpose or any bull crap like that, but what I'm saying is TT sucks unless that player falls in his lap or is a widely regarded prospect in the top 10. TT drafted Lamp......and Lamp looked to be a very good OL player in that TC.....then that injury happened. My point is your dislike of TT inhibits reasonable analysis of his efforts. Cherry picking circumstances is inhibiting yours. TT drafted Verrett who was also made of glass, I see a negative trend and you see "bad luck".

No. TT has made plenty of mistakes, or more accurately 'misses'......but to be fair, those draft/FA decisions are a collaborative effort. Yes, TT is the GM, face of the organization, so he owns it. I am trying to be pretty unemotional in my analysis of TT and the job he is doing. I do not know TT, no reason to carry his jock. You seem impatient, expecting a higher success rate in decisions then what is being seen. I am choosing to see the positive moves, the improvements, versus the mistakes. Neither of us is right, or wrong.....

This offseason should and will be huge, we'll see what happens.

Welp. Disappointing as this is, this team is what I (and many) thought before the season began. Not ready, but with a potentially bright future. Now we just get to see if they can realize that potential.
They either do, or they just continue to Charger. We'll see I guess.

This game was a potential curse breaker. Now we face 4-5 years of heartbreak until they fire staley that could be tomorrow. Please let it be so. I've defended the Spanos' forever, as you all have seen. But I seriously, for the life of me, cannot understand or explain that hire. And this is nothing personal, but when you are talking about 1 out of 32 jobs in the entire world at the very top level of football coaching -------- WE DESERVE BETTER.

Somebody awhile back called Staley a failed experiment... That was right on. We could easily lure a whole new staff with our cap space next year and that's what I hope happens, even though I know it wont.

He has a winning record as a coach. That's just a fact. If not him then Who ? You guys never tell me who ? Who is this great great great coach that is just waiting in the wings for us to get ?? His name is No One because he doesn't exist.

There should be NO LESS than 4 new players added that can stop a run game. No less.
We allowed about 139 yards per game on average. On the road it was 160 yards per game.
That is utterly completely and without any doubt whatsoever unacceptable.

Like I said before he's our version of Josh McDaniel, just not ready.

I have characterized Staley as a disappointment.....all the hype about creativity, and in my opinion we saw very little. Staley is not getting fired, so there needs to be a critical look at the season, game by game by the staff. Inconsistent game planning, going for it on 4th down, would be two items I want explained and corrected going forward.....if I was GM.

I hope we take a serious look at coordinators this off season. I don't think Lombardi gets fired either, but I hope we can bring in a defensive specialist that won't get turned off by the boy wonder's antics.
