Really just need to figure out how to get in the OL there. As need to better protect Herbert there. And run block. Even when our pro bowlers were in there for the Raider game our run blocking sucked.

Keenan, Palmer and Spiller. 2 of those 3 are third down and red zone weapons. We don’t know about Spiller but need him to be Rb 1.

No its coaching... It is so obviously coaching I'm appalled at your lack of clarity. 45 pass attempts from an injured Herbert!? 4 rushing attempts from Ekeler!? 5! rushing attempts for Sony Michel? Give me a break with this nonsense goalie... Coaching is a HUGE factor. They have a disaster of an oline out on the field.....the RB's have just been spectacular this season, the WR's have at least be decent to good, and your best player, even injured, is Herbert. Yea, expect a bunch of passing...... I told you guys, losing linsley was a huge loss. You think losing an All-Pro Center is a loss. Good call. Will Clapp was Drew Brees Center at New Orleans. He is a capable back up. believe me. He was not a problem against the Jags.

Good for Tua, and Miami....bad for the media's Herbert/Tua battle.
Sounds like Miami is maybe for real? Someone on here picked Jax to be a dark horse club, seems like a good call.

When the oline was healthy during the Raider game Ekeler had a whopping 14 carries for 36 yards... and Mike Williams was made ineffective. Its coaching and playcalling moreso than anything.

I suspect the Chargers had greater weakness' then found at OC..... Good for Tua, and Miami....bad for the media's Herbert/Tua battle. Sounds like Miami is maybe for real? Someone on here picked Jax to be a dark horse club, seems like a good call. Just two different rookies. Herbert was a freak and just exploded his talent from day 1. Tua was traditional. They needed time and to build a team around him. Both are looking very valuable to their teams.

He’s not getting it done. They don’t seem to like Kelley even tho he’s been the only effective back. So I’m hoping and praying that spiller has something to offer. Otherwise he’s another wasted pick. All we got out of the draft so far is Zion. |
