Because contrary to how Charger fans feel these days, the club has a bunch of talent, enough to push for a Super Bowl. Everybody wants to win a Super Bowl...... You are the one who talks about talent, rather than coaches. In other words, I am calling bs on this post "the club has a bunch of talent"....... The first priority......talent.

Seriously though Staley complained about the run game but fired the Shane day. What If the new OC wanted to bring in his own Oline coach and Run/pass game coaches? is that going to be a sticking point to getting someone like Frank Reich?

OC Greg Roman out after 6 years with the Ravens. That is intriguing. ravens have been one of the top rushing teams for a while. In total rushing yards: 2020 #1, 2021 #3, 2022 #2, I know you have to take Lamar into account here. but it is still damn good.
