You are absolutely right. Have to run the ball.
I think TT and Staley think that with a healthy O-Line they can run the ball with this stable of running backs.
I would be surprised if we pick up an early round running back.
That's enough to scare the hell out of you. This is NOT a one off year. We haven't run the ball with respectful rankings in years. Kellen Moore is a coordinator, not a magician. Freak laying down the hammer about this running game jibberish.....

I do not want Mack released either, but big big cap savings there, so it must be considered. Great analysis on KA.....KA restructures, or bye. Terrible analysis on MW, but your bias has always affected your MW takes. KA lives on route running skills, MW is that big body contested pass type.....very different WR's, but both are very good. Fingers crossed on getting a KA restructure......and maybe a Mack restructure? FA results will drive the draft direction to a large degree. That noted, we just see things differently when looking at this offence. TT could take the best WR in this draft, and that won't fix the running issue. I just believe they have to become at least average at running the ball. How that is achieved is the conundrum.....Robinson, if there, might be the answer. Mike Williams is a good WR2... He does excel at jump balls and contested catches, he also is best at running in a straight line. It is what it is and I feel he is a part of the team.
I'm all for a RB as I keep saying, but I also think Moore will have a bigger impact on that side of the ball than anything else.
I am hoping you are correct, Moore brings creativity to the offence, and Robinson brings the hammer to the running game!

Mahomes only had 182 yards throwing. YOU HAVE HAVE HAVE TO BE ABLE TO RUN THE BALL IN THE POSTSEASON We were 30th in rushing and could not hold a 27-0 lead. I was surprised by how well the Chiefs ran the ball. When they came out in the 3rd quarter they just ran it and ran it effectively. With a rookie late rounder that we passed on as did many other teams. The chiefs were in a rebuilding year and won the Super Bowl. Put that in your pipe and smoke it

We just have to get better at finding skill position talent in the later rounds.

That's enough to scare the hell out of you. This is NOT a one off year. We haven't run the ball with respectful rankings in years. Kellen Moore is a coordinator, not a magician. He's some of each. He uses a lot if deception in personnel, formations and motion. OL is an obvious want. The deceptively fast TE Musgrave may be attractive. We'd have a Duck throwing to a Beaver. Seems kinda poetic.

I know that has to be reported, just not sure how to write it up.

Jax first round RB draft pick Travis Etienne Jr. had 109 yards rushing in their playoff victory. Ekeler had 35 yards. REACT AS REALITY WILL KILL YOU WITH FACTS !!!!!!!!!!! 30th in rushing.
