I see a WR need only if KA refuses a restructure and TT says bye. Otherwise you would have KA, MW, Palmer, Guyton.....not great, but reasonable. If KA is gone, my guess is WR comes from FA, as the draft is not considered good on WR talent. I doubt any of those TE's fall out of rd 1......but I have been wrong before. Draft Robinson.....if he is there. Two back sets, both can run, both can catch, both are dangerous..... Robinson will be gone by 10 or 15. We need an edge, a WR to be a future WR1/2, and a TE. All of those require high-end picks. Which do we do first? BPA. I'm inclined to rule out QB but that's about it. RT depends on if Pipkins is re-upped. If not, a top need. LG? Cut Feiler, keep Salyer as top reserve and LG is a top need. I could go on but you get the idea. Decisions made pre- draft will have a large impact on PON.

Agreed -- if they don't re-sign Pip they *have* to get the top OT available. That's a bad spot to be in, and I think they'll work hard to bring him back. Salyer is LG. They desperately need good OL depth but probably going to have to wait to Rd 3-4 for that, and maybe a cheap vet pickup after camp cuts. Agree that pre-draft moves will set the table. But I think they get into a position to focus on WR/TE/Edge (maybe DT) in the first 2 rounds.

We Poor, and some other team is going to be willing to give it to him. -Sigh-

I think we need to draft a WR for two reasons: Time to develop and replace KA next year (hopefully not sooner), and speed. I’m not worried about the WR room but it would be nice to have a depth option with speed that can become WR2/3 next year.

We just signed quality control coach Robert Muschamp from Georgia. Any good players there this year?

Is Salyer an option for ROT? He was a OT in college, stepped in and player well when Slater went out.

I do not see OT in the 1st round.

I would be totally shocked.

#1 player priority, protect our franchise QB. Yes or no?
#1 offensive deficiency- run production. Is it blocking? Do we want/ need the best bookend OTs (plus depth) possible? I believe it's on the table currently and may remain there depending on how the board moves.
