My predictions: I think they have to find a way to keep KA. We have no replacement WR1. Pipkins is a known product. They developed him and he’ll be cheaper to keep vs spending a Rd1 pick on a RT (that may or may not work out). I think they have to restructure Bosa or trade him. Do they want to commit to him with a restructure? How can they replace Mack? His restructure last year means he’s almost certainly here. I think Feiler, Hopkins, and Tranquil are probably gone. Callahan is probably gone unless other teams are scared of his age and injury history and he’s willing to stay at a low cost. I’m expecting a mini overhaul of the LB room this offseason. Tranquil is the one I would keep that you mentioned.

Agree with most of this. I would like to see Keenan Allen get restructured to save cap space and to stay on the team. I think he is better than most fans realize, thus not so easily replaced. Glad to see Pipkins improving and deserving of re-signing, hopefully at a good price to the salary cap since we're up against it and need to extend Justin Herbert to a mega deal (which needs to happen BEFORE some other young QBs get their new deal done!) Mack is still worth keeping, even as he gets longer in the tooth. Callahan played great on a one-year deal so he may get better offers than the Chargers can afford but I would love if he came back. Tranquil may just be the top priority of our own free agents, and I would agree that he needs brought back. Hopkins is expendable thanks to Dicker the Kicker. Feiler did not play well last year, so cutting him and saving a few million won't break any hearts. But Bosa is absolutely needed here next year. Despite being everyone else's blamegoat, he's another player that isn't so easily replaced and y'all are crazy to even picture him elsewhere next year. Either forgive or forget, but stop the fake reality that he isn't a top player. Perhaps he will restructure his deal and free up a lot of cap space. Maybe that will appease the villagers with their pitchforks and mostly peaceful protests.

Draft a new WR.....KA gives cap savings....it is what it is. Keeping Pipkins would be wise.... I have wanted to move Bosa for two years now..... Mack was signed as a FA last year, he is going into year two, cap savings are real, but so is the loss of talent. Keep him.... I agree Hopkins and Feiler are gone, would like to keep Tranquil and Callahan, but there is going to be pain somewhere..... LB's are supposedly not important in the Staley scheme, but is seems stopping the run isn't either, so....

Restructure and keep KA and then draft a WR.
Mack stays, Bosa stays simply because of his contract. Bosa is still owed a crap load of money and nobody would want him or his contract.
I have no clue about the oline, Pipkins I'd keep. Feiler I guess not? Calahan likely gone, Tranquill likely gone
Replace Everett with Kincaid, Mayer, or Washington.
I honestly have no clue how this offseason will shape up. No free agents jump out at me and our own free agents can kick rocks. I'm looking forward to the first 3 rounds of the draft and that's it. I'm ready to get off the rollercoaster.

You are correct on Bosa, sadly.....I wonder if "nobody would want him" is true. Quietly shop him? Those three TE's are gone by round two completion.... Chargers have FA's they need to keep.....Pipkins being one of them.

I think he wants to speak to you.......he sucked hard ass his first 3 years, then when it was a contract year he played well. When YOU say it depends on the money, then you don't think he's that great. Nothing gets by me, your Overlord.

But I also think they should draft Edge in Rd1. We need more depth and a future replacement for Mack.
