I don’t like the question. It’s the same question people asked about Rivers all those years. If Rivers had been on Pittsburgh or the NY Giants, would he have the 2 rings Ben and Eli have. It’s a question for losersSince we have no superbowls, its right up our alley. Rivers at Pitt would have won a SB. The story goes Pitt wanted Rivers but we snatched him up. Pitt picked later and selected Big Ben. Good story but pure fiction as we didn’t snatch him up |

Moore runs a pretty balanced offence, it might not be 50/50, but it certainly is not 70/30 either. My question to you guys is this: What single player benefits the most from having Moore as the OC? The only player you can't choose is Herbert......

Not too sure this is fair to Ekeler..... Leading by a bunch, suddenly the brilliant Lombardi decides a passing club will become a running club and just run out the clock. Going away from your identity rarely works out well......

And while Kelly had improved performance last year, Spiller has a new coordinator and a better OL (and hopefully health) this year. If he wants to step up and take on the role this is the time. |

Its too easy to blame Ekeler... Our leading receiver was Gerald Everett for crying out loud. Our passing game fell off a cliff when Everett and Allen were not thrown to, there is just too much blame to go around. Either Lombardi lost us that game or our stars just did not show up, one of them quite literally did not show up thanks to Staley.

Herbert had a badly injured shoulder. Underwent surgery as soon as the season was over. It may have impacted his game.

I suppose it is possible that Herbert jacked his shoulder more in that first half, and the halftime adjustment was to not have Herbert throw much......but the slide towards the loss actually started late 2nd quarter. Plenty of blame to go around, coaches and players....both own it.
