Well, well, well…..
Good to see cthommes and Nybolt basically hold it down.
Dolphin fans turned out at SoFi. They were loud and proud.
Our defense is horrible. I’ve never seen anything quite like it. Tua carved them up. Hill was unstoppable. We got zero pressure on Tua all day. We have so much money tied up in Joey and Mack and Joey had more penalties than tackles. Neither laid a hand on Tua. As for Kendricks who was supposed to be the anchor the defense needed he looked small and a step slow all day. JCJ had 2 big brain farts that cost us points.
Offensively, they ran the ball very well. But we just paid Herbert $262m and he had the ball with 1:45 to play down 2 points. And he had a dumb intentional grounding penalty and really nothing.
Same old same old Chargers. Sad to say

Wonder if Cinci fans are totally done with Burrow as well. Burrow has taken that franchise to a Super Bowl. You get a little more slack with that on your resume. Herbert hasn’t won even 1 playoff game yet got a $262m deal. You better be the guy when you’re getting that amount of coin |

My point is that the national narrative for Justin Herbert is that he is not that guy. Social media QB, disappears in big moments. He only built on that reputation yesterday. Tua clearly outplayed him. Tua was the one that made the plays when he needed to. Herbert had the game in his hands and proceeded to start the final drive with a mind-numbing grounding call. He almost took a safety on a hot read. He didn't lose the game but as the second highest player in the NFL did nothing yesterday to be the difference maker he is paid to be.

I wouldn’t be so sure about beating Tennessee in Tennessee Last year we had 7 losses, and Miami had 9 wins, but after one game decided by 2 points the teams are going in opposite directions ? I am sorry, but that makes no sense to me.
