The loss was on the defense not Herbert, but whatever makes you guys feel better. The defense sucked balls no doubt. My point is that the national narrative for Justin Herbert is that he is not that guy. Social media QB, disappears in big moments. He only built on that reputation yesterday. Tua clearly outplayed him. Tua was the one that made the plays when he needed to. Herbert had the game in his hands and proceeded to start the final drive with a mind-numbing grounding call. He almost took a safety on a hot read. He didn't lose the game but as the second highest player in the NFL did nothing yesterday to be the difference maker he is paid to be. Do you have any film on that I can post @freak.com ?

I get what your saying and I def don't think Herbert played flawless football. But I think part of it was Moore not adjusting his game plan to the failure of the defense, if that makes any sense. For whatever reason this team just refuses to keep their foot on the gas for 4 quarters.

Big dollars and/or draft capitol on three guys that flat out sucked.

I'm tired of Murray sucking every year... He's the defensive version of Trent Richardson. How a player is the third pick in the draft and no one realizes he is a RB with no vision until he gets to the NFL. Murray passes the eyeball test. He looks the part but has no instincts. No anticipation. Compare him to Derwin. Best in class vs. worst in class.

It’s one game of 2 teams going in opposite directions. I wouldn’t be so sure about beating Tennessee in Tennessee Last year we had 7 losses, and Miami had 9 wins, but after one game decided by 2 points the teams are going in opposite directions ? I am sorry, but that makes no sense to me. Last year we dominated their offense. This year their offense dominated us.

One minute you're the dog and the next minute you're the hydrant. Yesterday the Chargers were the hydrant
