Weird feeling this year for me compared to going into last season. I just want to see this team relatively healthy so they can actually play a season together. Expectation level very low. I guess local news is the same. I watched NBC 11 o’clock news last night and there was not one word about the Chargers in the sports report. Only a brief mention of the Rams game and Cooper Kupp going to IR. Crowded market here with SC, UCLA, Dodgers and Angels all playing.
Anyway, beat the Phins, start off on the right foot. Give me some offensive fireworks, let’s see if the third year is a charm for Staley and the defense

Last years letdown was so profound that I almost feel anxious to start this game. "I think about it every day".
Today it is the organizations' job to make me forget. This team has the potential to go all the way to the Superbowl.

Here in LA, we have still seen some of that. We have also seen moves and changes that seem to be righting that ship in the correct direction, But there the 'waiting for the other shoe to drop" still lingering. This team has the talent it seems to go beyond where they have reached before. We are hopeful, but cautious. That's ok. Beat the Phins.

looks like no defense for the chargers again this year. I can’t watch the game as it’s out of market for me, but I assume the early fumble by Tua was just an early mistake.
