So you guarantee that the Spanos are wasting their time trying to find management / coaching that can win in the playoffs? Would you recommend that John hire the cheapest pos available immediately and just get the farce over?
No I actually commend them, will they get it right? Maybe, but history says no. I do guarantee it won't be Harbaugh though, I think they're waiting on Ben Johnson. Nothing wrong with due dilligence in the meantime though... Gotcha. It may be a rash assumption on my part but I expect the Spanos to learn from history. I wouldn't guarantee anything currently. They've seen a lot of quality guys. IMO Harbaugh isn't a done deal anywhere until he signs a contract. I don't believe Spanos will bring anyone in one time and say Bingo! I've been impressed with Shaw and Glenn. Looking forward to 2nd round interviews.

I'm going to be surprised if Harbaugh signs on somewhere else. Atlanta this week. Then he signs. I like the bolts chances.

I do know that the Chargers have stated they want a coach with head coach experience, so that narrows it down quite a bit.

I think it’s almost certainly Harbaugh, but I suppose they could also go Vrabel. (I think Vrabel is a better coach, so that works for me.) As much as I think he’s going to be great Johnson is probably out. I don’t see any other serious contenders.

Actually, I'm hesitant with harbaugh because of his first stint, did not go well. So I would be fine with Vrabel, or Billicheat. Billi wouldn't be the long term as his age cannot be overlooked.
