I get this feeling the GM decision will be greatly influenced by a relationship with any HC hire. I have a feeling if we want any prayer of stopping KC winning this division we better get Harbaugh.

They blocked ficken from interviewing for another ST coord job and now they blocked Moore from interviewing for another OC job. they have a plan i guess.

Harbaugh will reportedly have a 2nd interview with LAC. Thanks for posting that Jim. So for me, my order is: Harbaugh #1 Ben Johnson #2 Vrabel #3 MacDonald #4 I think I'd list my preferred choices like this: 1) Harbaugh Huge chasm 2) Vrabel 3) Todd Monken 4) Ben Johnson 5) Giff Smith The first two for their head coaching experience and near-instant culture/reputation upgrade; the next two as bright offensive minds to unlock Herbert's huge potential; and the last one because if it isn't one of the first four then it won't really matter, will it?

Harbaugh flying to LA tonight with his wife. 2nd interview aka sign the ****ing deal Jim scheduled for tomorrow.
Chargers have not announced any other 2nd interviews.
I see this as a very positive sign. CLOSE

With Atlanta scheduling interviews next week and Harbaugh in LA today for the second interview, does this smell like a done deal?
