is Staley Still the coach? Staley getting upset with that reporter that asked him about calling the defence......might be getting close to new HC. Yeah its funny, gets upset like it isn't a valid question.
I like him as a person he is a great talker but he is terrible as a HC.

See, I think he probably is a decent HC, but is terrible as a DC. Staley has not had a good defence since he became Charger HC. The failure to address that simple truth belongs to the decision makers....TT, J Spanos, or whomever af wants to put in charge. lol Now what do they do.....burn it down and fire them all? Just keep rolling the same mistake out there game after game? I think Staley is toast, wondering if TT is going with.....

It will take some time for this lost season to sink in to D Spanos. I would be curious about what counsel might be coming from J Spanos about moving forward. It is a lost season, no doubt....and probably tough to make good decisions just yet, eh

Cap trouble: Trade Bosa and Williams. Spend 15 million on a WR that can go long. Draft an Edge in the first round.
I just saved about 45 million in cap money.

Nobody wants Bosa.....and MW will get you a 5th rd pick...maybe. 15 million for a WR in FA might get you one that can go long, but can't catch....so there is that problem. They better find a capable OC......

Not a great reply, I have to tell you. I simply articulated that your 'ideas' are living in fantasy land....right next to Staley's take on his defence. I could not possibly solve the disaster of this season, but I do acknowledge the Chargers will be needing a top level OC moving forward.
