If they aren't ready to play like that then they will either learn real fast or not be on the team.
That is how Harbagh teams play and the chargers will be no different.
I understand that is the Harbaugh philosophy or approach, but it isn't as if Harbaugh can just wave his hand and have the type of players required. My question still is unanswered....and I will put it in different way......when looking at the roster, which players fit the Harbaugh style best, which not at all? DJ, Tuli, Slater, Justin, ASJ.
I would say that Gerald Everett Is probably the most glaring example. His blocking needs help but his effort is rarely questioned, at least not after the pic six disaster vs the chiefs.
The coaching will fix a lot of the glaring issues we saw with Staley. But things like running the ball are related to coaching. (Te, Oiline, OC, RB, QB) all these coaches in tandem teaching sound techniques and scheme.
Then comes effort level and that is something that cant be coached. And Harbargh requires "an enthusiasm unknown to mankind."
Some guys have it and some will display over time they can not match the moment.
We may be a year or even two out before the transformation is complete. But I think a lot of our players just need the right guy in charge.

You always try to get better. I expect playoffs in '24.

Nobody truly knows Harbaugh's style maybe unless they are Wolverine fans but even still it might change based on the NFL. Either way any answer will be speculation with a dose of our own personal opinion of his style.
My answer to you is... They all do. If they want a spot on the roster they will have to be.

Harbaugh may actually be that unicorn among coaches who gets players to do what they do best at a higher level than they imagined possible.

OC Moore headed to Philly.
WR coach Beatty interviewing with Bears.
The decks are definitely being cleared. ( Not surprising)

Breaking News! Michigan loses strength coach Ben Herbert. Will join Jim Harbaugh’s staff with the Los Angeles Chargers. Huge addition!

The #Chargers are expected to hire #Ravens longtime executive Joe Hortiz as their new GM, per source.
Hortiz worked with newly hired #Chargers DC Jesse Minter in Baltimore for 4 years, he also has strong connections with HC Jim Harbaugh.

OC next, with Detroit out I expect to see some interviews. Tanner Engstrand(OC) and Pep Hamilton(PGC) step right up.

if he can keep the team healthy through an entire season he is worth 100 million a year. Thats how much salary we played without for most of the year last year.
