I haven’t heard much about OC for us. David Shaw’s name came up once or twice. Marcus Brady? Who is the new OC? Marcus Brady looks to be a top contender for OC. He may be just the first interview they scheduled too.

Joe Hortiz is the new GM. No way we'd have gotten him without Harbaugh. He's One of the best talent evaluators. Welcome Joe Hortiz!!

I don’t like his arrogance. He put it out there that his price was $15 mil a year to be a Head Coach. His swagger is much bigger than his resume. Reminds me of a guy that entered everyone’s radar a few years ago. Brandon Staley.

I wonder if Belichick or Vrabel get some love now.

I wonder if Belichick or Vrabel get some love now. Albert Breer had some really good insight on this: Belichick--you have to turn the whole show over to him. For what 2 years before retirement ? Vrabel- The Tenn. owner said it wasn't even fun to come to work everyday anymore. These guys are old school, and a lot of owners are moving on.

I think Greg Roman may have burned his Harbaugh connection when he left the ravens. The way it went down seems bit fishy to me and I think that is the reason we haven't heard him get an interview.

As a follow up to my great great post above: The Ravens DC got the Seattle job, and the Washington job is going to Dan Quinn. Belichick and Vrabel are out of a job.

JJ Watt went on the Pat McAfee Show to unveil Jim Harbaugh and the Chargers’ dark-horse coaching staff move.
“One of the underrated moves about the Jim Harbaugh deal is the Chargers hiring Ben Herbert as their strength coach,” Watt said, per Pat McAfee.
Hebert served as a strength coach for the Michigan football program for six years before following Harbaugh to Los Angeles. Moreover, he spent 11 seasons as a member of the Wisconsin Badgers strength and conditioning staff, which included working with JJ Watt.
Watt further praised Herbert for his phenomenal influence on team culture and performance. The legendary defensive end noted Herbert as “a game-changer” whose personality and presence positively impact teams.
It seems the Chargers struck gold with their new staff member. Los Angeles needs all the help it can get to avenge its regular-season showing.
