Browns rookie cornerback Greedy Williams is being given every opportunity to earn a starting job. Williams is working with the first-string defense in Organized Team Activities, according to Cleveland.com. The other starting cornerback is Denzel Ward. I liked Greedy Williams in this last draft, he has plenty of talent. Of course it must be noted, the Browns are dripping in talent, making expectations quite high for them. They have a CB that played 7 games for them at #2 last year. He probably isn't too skippy happy right now............

Here's mine. 1. OT Greg Little. PFF 70.4 2. FS Juan Thornhill. PFF 64.1 3. WR Kareem Butler. IR 4. DT Daylon Mack. PFF 50.8 5. EDGE D'andre Walker. IR 6. RB Rodney Anderson. IR 7. LB Terrill Hanks. Dolphins practice squad Too many injuries in this group. At least the top of the draft has played well. Could have used an OT, FS, and run-stopping DT this year.

Pipkins was a development pick from the moment he was chosen. The rest of the draft seems like misplaced picks........throwing darts could have done as well.

Nor do I think he was a bad as Scott. He has a upside yet.

Yea, I am cutting Pipkins some slack......he wasn't ready for NFL when drafted, but has looked ok when in. Time will tell on him.

First he was god awful. Second, the only time he wasn't allowing sacks is when he was tackling rushers and getting yellow flags thrown at his face.

The only reason I wlll THINK about keeping him around for sub scrum duties is that he is cheap.
We are up to Pouncey and Pipkins. Not bad. Put everybody else on a bus so I have roster and cap space.
That is all.

I'm 99.9% sure that Pipkins gave up at least 1 sack... if not more. Clelin Ferrell had 2.5 sacks last night. I know he also got help from TE's and RB's last night. Am I cutting him slack...? Probably, he's as raw as they get. And if you cut every crappy/injured OT on the team... you have exactly 0 OT's on your roster. Pouncey and Okung are good... when they're on the field. But recently they haven't been on the field. They both have injury/health history. And if you're cutting salaries to create cap space... this is where you start. Cutting these two creates $18 million in space. That could but you an IOL and a RT in FA. Replace Okung/Pouncey through the draft.

I was wondering about that. perryman, mebane, Gordon? mebane may not add a lot. But you need Ingram and Boss. Not sure about Quess, but he may play out. I wasn't sure about pipkins sacks. problem was PR was pressured from both sides and the center

I would keep the Pro Bowl Captain Leader of the Oline. (I made it sound fluffy cool but the Genius in me knows he just got an extension and isn't going anywhere.)
