The Lions have plenty of cap space to absorb Goff’s contract in 2020, and they’ll be drafting a QB with their own pick or package the extra 1st rounder to move up from #7. Goff will not be on the Lions in 2022. Bank on it.

Stafford is beaten up. He’s had broken ribs a broken back and shoulder injuries. He’s not as good as people think

I will say this about the Rams. They don’t **** around. When they decide to move on they move on fast.

I can't believe Stafford is only 32... I feel like he has been in the league forever. On a side note: I wonder what this does for Watson's trade costs? 3 firsts?? I think a deal similar to this one is all the Texans can hope to get. Maybe? Is he worth all that?? I think Stafford could be... Stafford is at least consistent, and on a perennially bad team.

They used to be the team veterans wanted to go to for a shot at a ring. A lot has changed in one season
