P.R. and T.T. on active roster, on practice roster I'd love to invite Shimmy back but they seem to love Car-Dale for some reason. As far as drafting a QB when needed I'd rather do what the Cards used to do when they got Kurt Warner and Carson Palmer, a proven vet to me is a better option than an unproven rookie when most rookie qb's don't pan out and then it turns into a neverending vicious cycle sometimes.

Pretty much what I said, without actually naming just whom that QB backing up Rivers will be. It would be stunning to see either Smith or Jones beat out Taylor.......almost as stunning as AL actually moving on from Jones. TC 2019 will be fun for many reasons..... They already know the pecking order. Trust me. They sure as heck know #s 1 and 2. . . . . . . .

Shimmy sucks. That’s why he is working the desk at the Dollar rent a car near Lindbergh Field.

This time of year......trust nobody. Esp. the ownership. I can see the bolts going QB in the draft 4-6 if the player checks off the boxes. Maybe sooner? I would be very surprised to see QB, at all........it just doesn't fit the build TT has going. If Rivers has told them this is the last season, all bets are off......TT might trade up for 'his' QB.....might take a shot early and late. It won't matter much, losing Rivers kills the build window to a large degree, and replacing Rivers will be quite the challenge. * I can hear Freak screaming 'all in'.......

If TT was to draft 3 OL and 2 DT's, and all 5 were to become starters......Rivers' window for playing in a Super Bowl would be wide open. Very tall order, and not likely to happen, TT would be lucky to get 1 and 1.....

three could be all it takes. DT, FS, OG or OT DT......really need to add to the talent at this position. FS.....I think TT rolls with who he has already....unless the draft gives TT 'that guy'.... OG....no matter how you look at it, the need is real and now. OT.....one injury away from this position group being a complete disaster.....TT absolutely needs to add at least one capable of playing ROT.

DB...Every draft you take a minimum of 1 It would not surprise me if TT went with one of the following..... CB, WR or TE @ 28th...... It would surprise me! That would mean no worthwhile linemen were around at 28, and it's a deep draft for D-line. Even one of the O-line prospects should fill a bigger hole than a WR, CB or TE this year.

DB...Every draft you take a minimum of 1 It would not surprise me if TT went with one of the following..... CB, WR or TE @ 28th...... Roughly a 0% chance of a WR or TE at 28. CB is improbable too. Oline or DT is the pick.
