The clippers continue to be the NBA equivalent of the Chargers. They choked away several opportunities with Chris Paul and Blake Griffen. Went out and signed Kawhi and Pail George and became paper champions but for alas neither was available in the playoffs and they got bounced from round one. Injuries, sure. The curse lives. And for sad news for Charger fans it doesn’t matter that they got rid of a horrible owner. The fortunes of the franchise remain Ballmer has money to burn, which I’m guessing he’ll continue to do, without a 2nd Thought. His big mistake was seeing Kawhi for more than just an All-World Talent on the court (when he’s available), and letting him call the shots. * New Balance over Nike * Go get me Paul George (who needs shoulder surgery), even if it costs Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and 5 1st Round Picks * Choosing the Clippers over any other NBA Team in Free Agency * Being seen in public wearing a Padres hat ^ Those are decisions Kawhi has made. Could there be any more concrete proof this guy should not be in the drivers seat ? What about Nick? Was surprised the raptors let him go but Toronto had its moment delivered by Kawhi whom you know disparage. Wearing a padres hat is a problem? |

Lakers/GSW gonna be epic. Game 1 in the books. Back and forth affair with the Lakers holding on although gassed at the end. GSW better come up with an answer for AD.

They keep making Looney rebounds over/under at 12.5. He had 23 rebounds last night. Keep making it 12.5 please, and I'll keep killing it.

Chopper31 have you caught any of the playoff games recently. Really incredible series and performances. Feels like a lot of guys are peaking at the right time. I haven’t had the time to watch any of the playoffs to this point, and I’m not sure that’s going to change, as I’m only getting busier over the next 2 months. Keep in mind those Western Conference games start at like 10:30pm my time, so watching them on a week night has never been something I’ve done.

I haven’t had the time to watch any of the playoffs to this point, and I’m not sure that’s going to change, as I’m only getting busier over the next 2 months. Hope that’s good busy and yeah a 10:30 start would be tough. Eastern conference games have been entertaining as well. All around great competitive match ups |

Looney is a guy who has really made the most of his opportunity in the NBA. Wasn’t a great college player but is just such a hard worker. Like Rodman he has barely any offensive skills. It’s all defense and rebounding and AD is a tough match for him |

Last night’s Laker/GSW game featured all that is good about sports when seldom used Lonnie Walker IV came on for the Lakers in the 4th quarter and scored 15 points to save the game for them. Pro’s pro, stayed ready and when his opportunity came, seized it

I don’t wanna see the Lakers, Celtics or Warriors win another Title. But more importantly I DEFINITELY don’t wanna see the Sixers win one.
So I guess I gotta pull for the Heat, Suns or Nuggets. Yikes !
