Herbert is IT, Stick #2. Luis was a good hire for two reasons lots of experience and lots of experience - at lower levels. He could easily replace Bauman or Dugan. Stick is unlikely. He is way into this offense install.
One thing that looks bad, he's playing Herbert to get the O ready for Herbert's return. And he is not Herbert.
If he's actually in a game that counts, the play calling will favor Stick's skill set per Roman.
