My prediction, as the deadline approaches, is that nothing will happen. TT will ride this out, have another dismal draft, and watch development players do well (or not) in PR’s final years.
1) If you’re in “win now” mode for the next 2-3 years, what do you buy and what do you give up for it?
2) If you’re in “win soon/win later” mode and rebuilding significant parts of the team, what do you sell and for how much?
I think, unless status quo is relatively acceptable to ownership, TT, and fans—and it probably is—they probably should stock up on picks for the next draft or two, and possibly go after a solid/decent FA or two or four on the lines.
Here’s who I’d probably be willing to trade for (enough) picks, or picks/development players with potential: KA or MW, MI, MG3, CH.

Trade Gordon for an extra large ham sandwich, Lamp for a small beer, and Feeney for a 2 oz bag of chips......sit back and enjoy lunch.

In all fairness to your thread, I would dump Gordon.....love to get a 2nd, but more likely it would be a fourth.

We ain't getting more than a Twinkie for Gordon. He's damaged goods and a UFA after this season, who will get a stark reality check about his market value and the fact that he's already received his best offer -- and ain't gunna get it again.
The only players that have trade value are going to be young, key components to the rebuild process. James, Allen. Henry, etc.
Stand pat and build around what we've got to build around. Or become the Dolphins.

As much as I like him as a player, I’m not sure KA is exactly young and reliably healthy enough to build around. Unless extended, his contract’s up in 2020–meaning another possible holdout unless a big enough deal is done. With all of the other needs, and for the right offer (picks or player + pick), I think you have to consider it.

I wouldn’t trade anybody for picks because we don’t draft well unless we’re in the top 5

There is nothing wrong with having 2 first round or 2 second round or 3 third round picks Different conversation, but yeah, nothing wrong. We have an established roster with a mix of young, medium, and old, but hey----lets throw that out in a fire sale and completely rebuild.
Don't let injuries get in your head. TT will never change the long term plan. Never. We're injured, not the Dolphins. That is all.

Is this where I remind that we should have gone ALL IN. Powerful free agents galore, and we would not have been injured.
(I have no idea, but you can't prove me wrong. HA. Genius.)
