We cannot fire a first year coach with a winning record. Give peace a chance. Missing the playoffs is considered a winning record now? W/L numbers be damned. I agree Staley is likely not going anywhere, but he needs a serious intervention on his coaching style.

And just like any club with a record that close to .500, a few bounce this way and it is 13-4, or those bounces go that way and 5-12 is the record. The roster is improving, but they are not quite there yet. TT has plenty of money this off season, add some quality FA's, then draft well....and go at it next year. Staley needs to improve.....which I believe he will.
